Not Again... Vols Oliver Arrested

Freshman safety Nyshier Oliver was arrested on November 7 and charged with shoplifting at a department store in West Town Mall according to a WBIR.com report.

The police report says Oliver was spotted putting a brown shirt worth approximately $110 in a Dillard's bag. He was arrested around 1:45 that Saturday - five hours before the Vols played Memphis.

Oliver will have an arraignment in the matter on November 23rd.

Seriously? Are we really talking about another Vols arrest? This has been one hell of a couple weeks for the Vols and coach Lane Kiffin. Not long after he adressed the fate of Nu'Keese Richardson and Mike Edwards, the coach will have to handle another situation involving one of his freshman players.

First of all why are players even thinking about stealing anything, especially when players are given all the Adidas apparel they could ever want. Second of all, why was Oliver at the mall five hours before the Vols were about to take the field against Memphis? All I know is that I would not want to be in that locker room anytime soon.
