Virginia Tech Looks To End Skid

Three weeks ago, Virginia Tech was ranked as one of the Top 5 teams in the country. Many thought they had a chance to contend for a National Championship, but then reality sunk in.

Since then, the Hokies (5-3) have lost two straight at the hands of ACC foes Georgia Tech and North Carolina. Now Virginia Tech finds themselves hanging on as the No. 23 ranked team. Tonight, they will try to take out some frustration on East Carolina (5-3).

The Hokies were 5-3 at this point last year and went on to win five of six to finish 10-4. That is the direction Virginia Tech hopes to take this year and it starts tonight.
