American Idol Says Goodbye To Didi Benami

I can't say that I am shocked that Didi Benami got sent home. She just has been a letdown the past few weeks after starting the competition so strong. Yeah, it sucks that she went home because she is the hometown Knoxville girl - so naturally I wanted her to do really well. My take on it is that when she started the competition she was very good, but her and Crystal's style was way too similar. After Lilly Scott got sent home, I think it sent a message to Didi that she better try to differ herself from Crystal as much as possible because nobody in the competition is better than Crystal. So the moral of the story is that it doesn't matter when you get voted off because sooner or later they all will be because Crystal is too damn good.
