Train While Others Are Asleep

It was a stormy morning in Knoxville, but that didn't matter. Some people would probably crawl back into bead and skip their early morning workout, but I am not one of those people. Weakness and quit is not in my vocabulary. It was time to bust some ass and go to work on my wheels.

I am happy with the progress I have made on my legs, but I am nowhere near satisfied. After having neglected them for so long, I have a few years of making up to do. Each and every workout is brutal - I wouldn't have it any other way.
