My Journey. There has been a lot of learning along the way, but I am definitely happy with where I am at now. I originally made my goal 265 lbs. by August 5 (My 27th birthday), and I am on track to meet that. I made it a priority to lose the weight slowly and by not doing anything drastic. I wanted to make a few lifestyle adjustments, starting with diet and I discovered the IIFYM method and Intermittent Fasting. These two ideologies have allowed me to move in the direction I wanted without sacrificing too much. I have busted my ass in the gym, and that is evident by the increases in most of my lifts. The real problem area was diet, and I have definitely improved that area this year.
