As I get closer to my goal it is becoming apparent that I need to slow down. Today's workout was brutal. It was a good workout, but it was one of my most draining workouts to date. Not because I increased reps or weight, but because I lost too much weight this week.
I weighed in this morning at 266.4 lbs, which is 3.6 lbs less than last Friday, and 1.6 lbs more than I wanted to lose. This week I am going to slightly increase my calories with the goal of being around the same weight next Friday. I do not want to lose more than 2 lbs MAX per week.
