My Journey, you already know that it has been a good year for me in the gym. My lifts have gone up in almost everything and I am slowly dropping bodyfat as planned. With that being said, I have had some days in the gym that weren't that great. I still managed to get a good workout in, but today just wasn't one of my better leg workouts. As a result and punishment to myself, I closed the leg portion of my workout with leg press, an exercise I usually do right after the squat machine.
For the second week in a row, I capped off the legs workout with shoulders/traps. Barbell Shrugs are the highlight of my three-set routine and for the second week in a row, I got 485x5. Next week the goal is 500 for at least five reps.
It's crunch time and only the strong survive...
