Griffin Impresses In Redskins Debut

When looking back at the numbers for Redskins first round pick Robert Griffin III during the Washington Redskins 7-6 win over the Buffalo Bills in last night's preseason opener, it's hard not to be impressed.

Griffin was 4-of-6 for 70 yards and a touchdown in his first pro action since being drafted with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft. Griffin's accuracy was spot on and his poise was strong. For a rookie to come into a situation with the pressure of a city riding on his shoulders, the confidence Griffin has through a calm and relaxed demeanor is reassuring for the Redskins and their fans.

RG3 didn't look like a rookie out there last night in his debut, and knowing he will continue to get better throughout the preseason into the season gives the Redskins fans something to get excited out.
